    Lage ist top, weil ruhig und zentral. Apartment hat eine gute Ausstattung. Vom zugehoerigen Balkon blickt man ueber die Daecher und sieht ein klein wenig vom Meer. Man wohnt auf Augenhoehe mit den Voegeln:).

    Zwei Aussentreppen bis zum 2. OG. Untere Treppe war bei Naesse wirklich glatt. Das Aeussere des Hauses ist in die Jahre gekommen.
