  We had an absolutely wonderful stay and honestly couldn't have asked for a better place for our holiday in Perea! The apartment is huge, spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. There are three comfortable bedrooms, a fantastic fully equipped kitchen, two large balconies, air conditioning, TVs, a barbecue, and plenty of space for the whole family to relax. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well organized, and it really felt like a home away from home from the moment we arrived. What impressed us even more were all the thoughtful extras provided for guests. There are sun loungers, beach umbrellas and chairs that you can take to the beach, as well as bicycles available for guests. It is obvious that a lot of thought has gone into making the stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The location is simply fantastic. The apartment is literally just steps from the beach - you can be by the sea in a minute. The beach itself is beautiful, with clean, calm water, and it was perfect for relaxing and swimming. Grocery stores, shops and everything else you might need are also extremely close, so there is really no need to travel anywhere for everyday necessities. A special mention must go to our host, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel genuinely welcome and was always ready to help with anything we needed. That kind of hospitality makes a huge difference and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Perea itself is a lovely place to spend a seaside holiday, and this apartment made our experience even better. It is spacious enough for a family or a larger group, incredibly well equipped, perfectly located and hosted with genuine care. We have stayed in Perea before, but this was easily one of our best experiences. We would happily stay here again and can recommend this apartment without hesitation.   Good apartment close to the sea

  Every room had a TV and AC and there was a big balcony with a sea view. Close to the beach and the sea. Very responsive host and actually caring about the guests and their experience.

  The apartment was in a more premium price range so you would expect quality but it is lacking in maintenance. A lot of things were used and broken, electrical sockets pulled out of the walls, and the shower cabin needs replacement. For an apartment at this price range you would expect a better maintained space. The host has provided a discount when it was brought up with them which is a good approach. Overall I would recommend it mainly because the host was genuinely invested in addressing our issues and took things seriously.

  The most wonderful thing was the breathtaking sea view. It was absolutely beautiful to wake up to such a view every morning. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the beach was very close. The area was also lovely, with everything easily accessible. I would especially like to mention the kindness, helpfulness and flexibility of the host.

  There was nothing that caused us any significant inconvenience. We were very satisfied with everything.
