    Guter Ort ohne Empathie

    Wegen der Vorzüge haben wir das Appartement wieder gewählt. Der Blick vom Balkon auf Moraca und Berge und die Zentrumsnähe hatten das größere Gewicht. Die verzwickte Parkplatzsituation hat sich erledigt. Checkin und Checkout waren einfach.

    Viele Lobhymnen auf das Appartement stammen von Kurzaufenthalten. Für längere Aufenthalte sind Kompromisse notwendig. Die eigentlich gute Ausstattung verliert durch Schwachpunkte ihr Potential (klitzekleines Waschbecken, unpraktischer Tisch mit loser Glasplatte – vor zwei Jahren haben wir wegen Regen oft die Balkonausrüstung nach innen räumen müssen, um Tischmahlzeiten abhalten zu können). Es gab ein einziges Trinkglas (neben zwei Weingläsern). Dies und eine gebrochene WC-Bürste reklamierten wir nach drei Tagen, was auch nachgebessert wurde. Über den Nachteil der Lage (starker Verkehr) sollte man sich im Klaren sein. Wir empfanden Vermieter (wohnt im gleichen Haus) und Unterkunft empathielos – ob alles in Ordnung war, wurden wir gefragt, nachdem wir ausgecheckt hatten.

    Ubytovatel nebral telefón,ani na email neodpovedal,podľa adresy ,ktorá bola na booking nás taxikár vyložil a na adrese nebolo nič ,len zrúcanina... Hľadali sme to asi hodinu a potom sme to vzdali a cestovali ďalej. Ubytovatel nám skušal volať až okolo 14,47 a to sme už boli na vlakovej stanici. Išlo nám iba o to aby sme sa s domácim dohodli odložiť kufre,ale nedalo sa..
