  Wonderful place, lovely host, great vacation

  The place was spotless clean and had everything we needed. There were complimentary toiletries, wine and cold water in the fridge, ice in the freezer and fruit and flowers on the kitchen table. The kitchen had all the basic utensils, silverware, some pots and nonstick pans, dishes, dish detergent. We easily manage to cook for all four of us (restaurants were not the norm, because our kids are going through a picky eating phase). The stove and oven are electric and functional. Hot water in both the kitchen and bathroom are from a boiler, as it is the norm in the region We never ran out of hot water. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds, AC and the windows have wooden blinds to block the light and heat, and also mosquito nets. The terrace is cool until noon, and afterwards the host invited us to sit at the shaded table in the garden. The garden is pretty, the parking spot is safe, the hosts live upstairs and we never even know they were there, as they were extremely respectful of our privacy. We did have lovely chats with them though in the garden, as they are the warmest people ever. They even made some homemade crepes and doughnuts for us, which were terribly tasty and appreciated by both adults and kids. They have a super cute and friendly cat and two hedgehogs visit the garden in the evening. The house is located at about a ten minute lazy walk from a kid friendly beach with pebbles, and right at that beach is a Big Ben restaurant with great food and more than reasonable prices. The host will indicate a shortcut to the beach, that passes a toy store and a market store that came very handy for us. There is a pharmacy two minutes away from the house. Apartman Stefan is close to Porto Montenegro and the city center (about a ten minute walk to each).

  Fantastic place if you are staying in Tivat.

  Responsive, attentive and friendly host (Stefan), lots of space, 2 Air conditioning units, cooking appliances, laundry facilities, good location close to beaches and central Tivat. Host even did our city tax for us and provided late checkout when we needed one which was very kind.

  Stefan y su familia han sido muy amables siempre están disponibles para cualquier cosa. Al entrar al apartamento nos dejaron varios detalles nos han ayudado muchísimo en todo hasta el punto de llevarnos a la estación de bus en su coche si algún día vuelvo a tivat o algún familiar mío va sin duda le recomendaría este apartamento. Gracias por vuestra hospitalidad.

  Эти апартаменты ощущаются не как съемная жилплощадь, а как дом друзей, к которым ты приехал погостить на лето. Хозяева домика — само гостеприимство. Мы приехали очень поздно, после 22:00, не могли вместе с таксистом найти нужный поворот. Молодой человек (владелец апартаментов) вышел на главную дорогу и проводил машину до дома. Там нас встретило все семейство, проживающее на втором этаже, милые и радушные люди. Такая атмосфера тепла и заботы сохранялась на протяжении всего нашего пребывания в Тивате. Апартаменты находятся в частном секторе (вокруг частные домики), но за счет того, что береговая линия в Тивате очень узкая, идти до моря не больше 10 минут. В 5 минутах ходьбы есть пекарня и продуктовый магазин, там же остановка. С остановки можно уехать в близлежащие города (Котор например) или добраться до автовокзала. В самих апартаментах находятся две спальни ванная и кухня-гостиная. На кухне есть все необходимое (даже вафельница), в ванной тоже (особенно порадовала исправная стиральная машинка). В каждой спальне есть свой балкон, там можно высушить купальники. Пастельное чистое, свежее, чуть ли не с ручной вышивкой, в каждой спальне есть кондиционер, комод и шкаф для одежды. Гладильная доска и утюг тоже имеются. Отличный Wi-fi. Во дворе стоит столик за которым можно попить чай, туда к вам скорее всего придут ластится два местных кота. Из дворика открывается потрясающий вид на горы. Есть где припарковать машину. Мы будем очень рады вернутся в этот дом снова и немного завидуем тем, кому предстоит посетить это место впервые.
