    La posizione è ottima, i proprietari attenti e molto disponibili ma la casa è troppo cara. È minuscola, senza neanche lo spazio per sedersi a mangiare. Il parcheggio è comodo ma 10 euro al giorno mi sembra esagerato. Comunque, vivendo Medulin per qualche giorno, mi sono accorto che questi prezzi rispecchiano i prezzi di tutta la zona. Penso che sia sopravvalutato l'alloggio perché è sopravvalutata tutta Medulin, dove i prezzi sono folli. Più alti che in Sicilia e Sardegna, tanto per citare dei posti molto più belli e molto meno cari.

    Sehr nette Besitzer, Parkplätze vorhanden, in der Nähe einer Bäckerei, Strand, Restaurant nebenan und eine sehr ruhige, friedliche Gegend.
