Great space for a relaxing stay
The owner was responding to every message within minutes and was very flexible about our requests. The apartment was nice and clean, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There are air conditioners in every room and also shutters that you can control with buttons on the walls. The bathrooms are extraordinary. The living room and the terrace is giving plenty of community space. The location is great and there is a guaranteed free parking spot for one car in front of the building. The area is safe and quiet, the beach can be reached with a few minutes of walk.
Bedrooms are even smaller in reality than they seem in the pictures. If you open the window, you have no space to move around the bed. I'm not giving less than a 10/10 rating, but if you have any kind of mobility issue or if you are a bigger sized person, I don't recommend booking.

Excellent apartment & we would stay here again.
We were in Zadar for our daughter wedding. The location was perfect for us . We had the 3 bed ground floor apartment with free parking .. The beach is just a few minutes walk away with a nice coffee / bar area . There is a grocery store nearby . As we had a car we did not use local transport. The apartment is very modern & is very well equipped. The hosts live next door & were very helpful & accommodating.
You need to request access to the roof terrace. We requested it for wedding photos & there were no issues & it is really nice .

Все ідеально. Чисто, зручне місце. Ми відпочивали і в інших містах Хорватії, дуже радий що обрали Сукошан. Немає високих підйомів, до моря, з дітьми ходили пішки. По заїзді нас пригостили ли інжиром і холодними напоями. Все супер.

Wszystko znakomicie. Jest wszystko na wyposażeniu czego potrzeba do funkcjonowania i wypoczynku. Trochę mała przestrzeń dla 6 dorosłych osób

Wszystko było super. Apartament jest nowoczesny, przestronny, wyposażony w niezbędne do funkcjonowania urządzenia. Łozka bardzo duże i wygodne. Świetny balkon i dodatkowy taras. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem również przez Whatsapp. Wszystkim polecam.
Brak wad.
