    Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Es ist nicht weit von Karlsbad und sonst für viele Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet. Die Räume waren groß und gut geschnitten. Wir waren eine große Gruppe aus 20 Personen und haben viel Platz gehabt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch draußen hat man viel Platz zum grillen und Beisammensein.

    Das Haus ist relativ neu, lediglich ein Paar Möbelstück könnte man schon austauschen. Die Sauberkeit war eher oberflächlich, vor allem die Küche in den Schubladen und Elektrogeräte könnte einen ordentlichen Putz vertragen. Es gab in dem Haus kein Holz für das Kamin und den Badebottich konnten wir auch nicht nutzen. Das Wasser war schmutzig und grün angelaufen.
