    Nice location, but basic amenities are lacking

    Communication was great; check-in was easy, with an early access option available. The host even offered to do shopping. The apartment is close to nature and only a kilometre from the nearest train station. There's one restaurant and bar nearby with nice staff and good vibes. Even though the kitchen amenities are basic, they exist.

    There was no central heating in mid-October, and the flat was cold. The duvet was not appropriate for the weather, and the sheets had holes. We had hot water only for half the stay (we were refunded for the days without hot water, however). On the days there was hot water, it wasn't hot enough for showering. The kitchen facilities are very basic, and some, including the hob, need replacing. There's also no option for self-service coffee, with only a pod machine, which costs an addition EUR 1 per cup. In addition, the host (again, personal experience was kind) is offering discounts for people who leave good reviews, which is always worrying.
