The location is very good, so close to springs. The apartment is cosy and nice. Irina met us in the first day and supported us during our stay.

Good but not exceptional
The accommodation is in a good location, and the apartment is reasonably clean.
The building does not have an elevator, and the apartment is on the second floor, which makes carrying large suitcases upstairs quite tiring and inconvenient. In addition, the building itself is not particularly clean. Overall, I would rate the accommodation 5–6 out of 10. The rating could be improved if more attention were given to the cleanliness of the building and better access to the apartment.
