Nice apartment near york city
Really nice apartment spread over 2 or 3 floors. Rooms were really comfy and well furnished. Great showers and nice bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication to get access was really easy. Great to have off street parking for free (a lot of parking in york is over 20pounds per day). Located about 10minute walk from york city centre, fairly easy walk and area seemed safe. We had 4 kids from 6yr to 13yr old and was easy to walk around. Would recommend staying here

This is the best home I've ever stayed with my family across Europe. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of space, a big kitchen, comfortable sofas, and a TV in every room. We like walking, so for us the location was great as well. It takes you 30 minutes to walk to the train station and about 20 minutes to reach the busy area in the center. We spent 4 days, and also made a day trip to Manchester. There aren't plenty of things to do in York, so normally 2 days would have been enough. By the way the Viking Center was really great.

Really enjoyed york
No lighting in the hallway we had to use our phones to get upstairs, main bathroom toilet could do with replacing and a fan would have been nice
