  Very Dissatisfied, health and safety concerns.

  We didn’t like anything about the property.

  We booked 5 apartments - I had specifically asked to be close together they ended up splitting us up over 2 buildings and 2 different floors. It was not mentioned in the booking.com that it was a AirBnb not a hotel. These Managers had 6 months to let me know we wouldn’t be close together and I could have rebooked another place. It said 24 hour help desk - they can’t assist as the rooms are air bnbs not a hotel. The people Managing asked for Cash or Vietnamese bank transfer on my way from the airport (which I hadn’t allowed for there for costing us a fair bit in ATM fees) when speaking to the guy about it he said it was in his ad which it was not and they would not compensate anything. All the kitchens and showers were mouldy and they said don’t worry it’s ok, when I said it was harmful to us they cleaned and repaired some but not all. I had to buy my own towels as I was not comfortable with the towels they supplied (Very thin and crusty feels) I could not use any of the appliances or utensils as they were dirty. Originally the Property Manager only supplies 1 card to each apartment which means you don’t have access to the levels of the other apartments which my children were staying in. (After requesting about three times they gave me a second) They also didn’t have our 2 of our rooms ready therefore having to put us in temporary rooms until our rooms were ready therefore having next day (Costing us a day of our travel plans) Very strict rules - will charge extra money if air con is left on Will charge extra money if you use extra bedding or towels Not allowed to have anyone enter the rooms unless they are staying their. Took 2 hours to check in ( even through I told them what time I was arriving we still had to wait 30 mins for them to show up) took 30mins to check out Fire alarms going off several times a night keeping you awake Air con remote wasn’t working in one of the rooms - was told to push it on from the roof.

  Căn hộ xinh xắn

  Đặc biệt thích cách bài trí của căn hộ này. Không gian không quá lớn nhưng được sắp xếp hợp lý, tạo cảm giác ấm cúng và thư giãn. Khu đô thị đẹp, có nhiều tiện ích và an ninh tốt. Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Đây là một trong những nơi lưu trú khiến tôi muốn quay lại nhất. Ps : Chủ nhà có nhiều căn hộ, mình đặt căn Studio nhưng được nâng cấp lên căn 1 ngủ 1 phòng khách mà giá không thay đổi
