    Nett bis gut, aber zu teuer

    Grösse u. Aufteilung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Lage war auch gut. Ausstattung es war alles da. Liege auf Balkon sehr schön.

    Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände Geschirr /Bestecke/balkonmöbel sind doch sehr abgenutzt. Sehr starke Essensgerüche im Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss. Sehr unangenehm. Balkon und in der Wohnung bei geöffneter / gekippter Tür waren ebenfalls Essensgerüche von unten zu vernehmen. Morgens und abends sehr laut draußen von Lieferanten und Mitarbeitern Restaurant bei Müllentsorgung etc. Es hallt alles nach oben. Aber was gar nicht ging ,dass wir nur einen Schlüssel zur Wohnung hatten und dies als lapidar abgetan wurde. Wir haben unsere Wertgegenstände immer mitgenommen. Wir waren in unserer Bewegungsfreiheit sehr eingeschränkt. Uns wurde einfach erklärt der Vormieter hätte einen Schlüssel verloren und er wird ja nicht zurückkommen. So geht es nicht. Wir haben eine Menge Geld bezahlt für 3 Nächte, da dürfen wir Verlangen dass wir nicht in unserer Bewegungsfreiheit eingeschränkt werden. Das war ein gravierender Mangel an der Wohnung. Schade.
