    Lovely quaint town. Booking.com directions are HOPELESS and alleged available local help MIA.

    Location was good and general presentation and comfort also good

    Could not find it or the keys. Only signage on location was for another business. Booking .com directions took me to the middle of the street 100 metres away and with no signage we rang the number for local assistance - four times and no answer and calls NEVER RETURNED. Only a helpful hotel operator was able to help. One hour wasted in a town I didn't know with no help available. I did find more useful directions buried within one of the nineteen odd emails after the event. SIGNAGE is required; many, many, many LESS emails from your marketing department - the important information was lost within the sea of dross.
