  Very pleasant. Would visit again. We all loved the pool.

  Great location. Pool was fun!

  Ensuite shower was fiddly to operate.

  Terrible Dirty apartment - poor WiFi - no air-con I couldn’t sleep due to the dirty odour

  The apartment was spacious with good location which were the only positive things I can say about our stay at this property.

  On our entry to the apartment we were greeted with an instant strong dirty odour which was enhanced smell of fish when we opened the fridge and microwave. The place was dirty , badly maintained , poor WiFi , with no air conditioning or fans. Kitchen : fridge / cooker/ cupboards /drawers sticky and dirty. Poor WiFi - we were advised that this was due to shared WiFi with another apartment . WiFi kept cutting off . No air conditioning : probably helped enhance the dirty smell. Lack of cleanliness - property needs a deep clean. It is disgustingly and falls well below any standard for letting a property. (We were informed that the cleaner’s ‘cleaning ‘ this property did not service The Anchorage properties. ) Living area : tables dirty & sticky/ chandelier dirty/ sofa was dirty - when I pulled cushions away i found filth, bottle tops , dirt & chocolate. Cupboard had a dirty smelly puffer jacket stuffed in it! Bathrooms - dull with scale and dirt due to lack of cleaning / (and age of property ?) rusty bin/ dirty cupboards / no anti-slip mat for over bath shower. Hand wash only and no other toiletries in bathroom - no face towels . Bedroom: bedding stained , ripped. Holes in waffle blanket , throw dirty and smelly. We didn’t dare pull back the sheet for fear of what we might find . No welcome pack . Regrettably I would not recommend staying here. We expressed our concern due to lack of cleanliness / smell to the agents and they stated it was due to cleaning product used to get rid of fish smell left by previous occupant . This was rubbish .. the place was a dirty, smelt dirty and needs a deep clean. This property demanded a high price and failed to deliver. The agent showed no interest in our concern regarding the lack of cleanliness ! This was an expensive dirty experience which had a negative effect on our stay .
