  Como en 🏡casa

  En mi experiencia personal, valoro mucho que el lugar sea realmente como las fotos publicadas. El complejo esta perfectamente ubicado para ir a ambos parques y moverse por la ciudad. Excelente comunicación con el rentador del mismo. Decoracion calida haciéndote sentir como en tu casa. Volvería a hospedarme.

  Siempre puede haber algo para mejorar. Mi sugerencia seria poner una pequeña cómoda cerca de la mesa de la cocina para la ropa de los que no duermen en la suite.

  Grounds were clean and inviting

  Didn’t know there was a breakfast. As far as location, it suited our needs once we got a rental car but before then, stores and food was walkable

  I contacted the rental mgmt co. When problems started added up. When he called, he questioned why I hadn’t called earlier in the week (I called him on our 4th day) and lectured me that I should call as soon as I have a problem, but went in to ask if I took pictures (which I did not? Why would I?) but told him I still could and sent him some. He said he would get back to me but He had maintance come up who came up with a housecleaning woman who helped with translation as he did not speak English very well. When he finished screwing the dishwasher back into the wall, he proceeded to show me how to open the dishwasher door (as if I pulled it out by not opening correctly) I explained that I never attempted to use the dishwasher since I noticed it not sitting right and water leaked out of sink when I had a sink full of dishes soaking I now want to add that two bags of dirty, wet laundry were left in the kitchen, next to the kitchen table which I eventually realized it was dirty towels and clothes from previous renter. (We had NO washclothes and some towels, but we were running out daily. I rent somewhere every year when I come to Florida and am greatful that I have a place to stay. Added to the fact that I just retired from years of customer care and service RN) and know people don’t want to hear bad things about their prosperity. For that reason, I tend to understand, sometimes things can go wrong, but as they started adding up, I wrote the mgmt to let them know so these things could be fixed before the next renter came in. Instead, I was made to feel as if I was not believed, instructed how to open a door on a dishwasher) and belittled for not complaining sooner! He told me he would call I will say the environment was very pleasant. We enjoyed the pool, bar area, ease of walking for essentials, etc that would make me want to come back, however, after how I was made to feel when I was trying to inform him of some problems I noticed, I don’t think that will happen.
