  The location was very good, still a little dated, but small for our party

  The top floor and the walk up to the flat was very scruffy with boarded up flats with wood, which was quite intimidating and the flatt needs painting

  Host not at all helpful, refused a partial refund despite this being against the booking terms.

  Didn’t end up staying in the property, it’s on a high floor and due to family member having restricted mobility was unable to manage the stairs which looked like something out of faulty towers

  Property was dirty throughout, in need of a deep clean and new coat of paint, carpets etc.

  Great location, fab and responsive host and has pretty much everything you need.

  Location was fab, right behind Winter Gardens and a short 5 min walk to Coral Island. We were also given the parking spot right outside on the drive but I suspect this might be first come basis however this was much appreciated. Had pretty much everything we needed for a 2 day stay. Very clean (few scuffs on the walls but this was down to cases presumably not cleanliness) and plenty of towels.

  This is very picky! A little bit of TLC in some areas where cases have banged the walls and a fan? We came when the 5th hottest day of the year was ever recorded though so it was an exceptional case.
