Great location, nice place, but not good for hot weather due to no ventilation and sunny side o

    The location is great.

The apartment was very uncomfortable for the first few days due to heat. There were no shades in the living area so one could block the sun. It was almost impossible to open windows to get ventilation. I managed to get a little bit of air due to long skinny arms and ingenuity. More paper towels, more cabinets, more dish tabs, some cleaning supplies, extra trash bags, rubber mat for the shower so people don’t slip and fall.
