    Everything was great!

One night, after we had already gone to sleep and there was no noise coming from our apartment, one of the upstairs neighbor rang our doorbell and woke us up. They handed us a notice reminding us to keep quiet. We found this rather confusing and hope that, before making such a complaint, they will first verify where the noise is actually coming from.
