Nice location. Big apartment and customer service available on the phone
It was difficult to find the safe for the key, located in quite a dark place far from the apartment. Not very convenient if you are arriving late and with kids. The dishwasher didn't work. We found the dirty dishes from previous users inside. Our parking place was occupied at the arrival The check-out was at 10:00 sharp and imposible to delay.

quiet and cosy space
Great location to winterberg bike park and the area was lovely and quiet. The accommodation was just what we needed after a long day of work and the beds were super comfy
