الاطلالة والموقع فقط طاقم مكتب الاستقبال متميزين.
مدخل المواقف ضيق جدا. الموقف المخصص ضيق جدا. لايوجد مصعد. مكان الغسيل في القبو وله مفتاح خاص وللغسالة مفتاح خاص آخر. يتم تسليمك مفتاح للشقة ومفتاحين للغسيل ومفتاح للمواقف وفي حال ضياع اي منها غرامة 1000 فرنك سويسري. ابتلال الستائر الواقية من الشمس تعرضك لغرامة 2000فرنك سويسري. المكان مجهز بمكينة قهوة فقط ولايوجد قهوة وملحقاتها مثل السكر . مبلغ الوديعة عالي جدا (500فرنك) ومذكور بوكنق انه في حال حصول ضرر للملكية ولكن في الحقيقة مقابل كل شي مثل التنظيف بعد خروجك من الملكية . التخلص من النفايات في مكان بعيد وان تكون في اكياس من ماركة متخصصة تباع في المتاجر الكبرى. صابون غسيل الملابس يقدم لك بكمية بسيطة جدا.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was very warm and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. The neighbor upstairs was especially lovely and helped us a lot by explaining everything about the apartment, the area, and the parking. The apartment itself was amazing — very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Having a private parking space was very convenient, and we really appreciated the washing and ironing facilities. There are also two bathrooms, which was perfect for us. The view was absolutely breathtaking and honestly one of the highlights of our stay! The location is excellent. The center is very close, and many activities and attractions are nearby, which made everything so convenient. The area itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying Grindelwald. We also really appreciated the lovely gesture at check-out when they gave us a 15% discount for our next stay. That made us feel very valued as guests, and we would definitely love to come back again. Everything exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this apartment!

The chalet is beautiful, and its location is excellent. However, I have two suggestions for improvement. The parking space is very narrow, making it difficult to park and maneuver the car. In addition, the balcony furniture is quite old and worn out and would benefit from being replaced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful location.
