Die Lage ist gut, viel zu Fuß erreichbar. Eigener Seezugang hinter dem Haus ist klasse! Zimmer zum See, also Ruhe, Ruhe, Ruhe! 👍🏻😃 Garage am Objekt. Bushaltestellen vor der Haustür. Wohnung für 2 Personen optimal.
Die Armaturen in Bad und Küche müssen dringend erneuert werden! Sie "gehen" sehr schwer. Man bricht sich die Finger/Hände. Das ist aber der einzige Makel.
