    Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung, Schimmel in der Dusche Toilettendeckel defekt Fußbodenbelag in der gesamten Wohnung total verdreckt Besonders Öliger-schlechter Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung (Hundegeruch??? )
