  Хозяин быстро отвечал на все вопросы. Удобное дистанционное заселение! Быстрый wifi. Рекомендую жилье!

  Отличные апартаменты со свежим ремонтом. В квартире есть все необходимые для комфортного проживания. Пляж в 7 минутах ходьбы. Рядом магазины, рестораны. Бесплатная парковка вдоль улицы. Идеальное расположение. Набережная, старый город в пешей доступности, но и на пляж здесь свободный, не так много народу как в центре.

  Не хватало кондиционера в спальне. Он есть только в кухне-гостиной. Но это заранее известно и видно на фотографиях. Поэтому тут выбор за каждым свой.

  A wonderful new apartment in a new building from the developer Next. We had no problems checking in: the apartment is small but very cozy, with new Samsung appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, microwave), several large TVs with various TV channels. The renovations have been recently renovated, with light-colored walls and comfortable furniture. The balcony overlooks a quiet street. There are no lines for the elevators, and there are plenty of good coffee shops and shops outside. I especially appreciate the apartment owner, who was in touch from the very beginning – he gave clear and understandable instructions on where to find the key. He explained everything in the apartment and offered to help in any way he could. I definitely recommend this apartment and will definitely return to it when we're back in Batumi.
