    Kind host, but grandson behavior ruined the stay

    Balcony, Parking, Air conditioning, Location, also the apartment was clean and just as in the photos.

    The apartment was fine, and the host is a kind and polite elderly lady. However, our stay was overshadowed by the daily behavior of her 9-year-old grandson, who used the parking area as a soccer field. He played there every day, kicking the ball hard against the house façade — right next to our parked car. We asked him multiple times not to do it, explaining it was a parking area, not a playground, but he just smirked and ignored us. We even saw the ball hit our car at full speed several times. The owner was aware of the situation but chose not to step in or stop it. That was disappointing, especially given the potential for damage and the general lack of respect shown toward guests. Ironically, when we rented standard 50cc scooters, the host asked us not to start them in the parking lot because a baby was sleeping inside. Apparently, guests are expected to tiptoe, while her grandson is allowed to play football right next to their vehicles. Sadly, we wouldn’t return. The host may be polite, but the environment didn’t feel respectful or guest-oriented.
