    The location was good, a little uphill for the bags but the apartment is on the ground floor

    Communication was a bit slow. Asked if it was possible to leave the bags prior to book in time and was told yes. Turning up at the property and no one was there. Asked a resident to phone the property manager. This all took about 1.5 hours
