    Great location, size and quality, limited passes make it very restrictive and disruptive access

    The property was really nice and generally comfortable for 4 people, the location is great, a 15 min walk gets you right into the centre, the nearby shops and restaurants are great. The haze was quite thick when we were there but the views were still enjoyable. The facilities available are a great perk but there is a notable restriction with accessing these. Arshi was a great host and responsive, he provided a space (with a charge) for us to leave some luggage on the day we checked out which was helpful.

    The number of passes you're provided with is too little. For 2 people, one pass is likely enough but for 4 people it's horribly restrictive and disruptive to the holiday, using the apartment and facilities. Without the pass you can't get in or out, you can't use the elevator, access the facilities, or lock the door. Unless everyone is fully aligned with the activities, it's time consuming and difficult to use this apartment, 1 or 2 people can't go swimming without being let back in or taking the pass, forcing others to not be able to move around freely etc. This issue was so great that I'd rather rate this as a 6 to reflect how annoying this problem was but that feels unfair as the overall stay and everything else was good and it could be less of an issue for other/ smaller groups.

    Fasilitas sangat lengkap. Kami sangat menyesal gak bawa beras padahal ternyata perlengkapan masak banget. Mesin cuci juga sangat berguna karena kami bawa baju gak banyak sebatas jatah kabin 7 kg. Jadi habis pake baju cuci kering pake lagi. Air keran juga keren banget ada filternya jadi bisa di pake buat masak air minum. Ada microwave buat manasin makanan dan roti. Hanya 1 yang kurang. Mungkin berikutnya bisa disediakan kasur lipat buat jaga2 kalo ternyata ada anak kecil yg gak muat tidur bertiga kaya anakku kemarin. Terpaksa abahnya tidur di lantai🥲
