Upon arriving at the hotel, we couldn't get past the entrance hall. There were no signs or any indication of a reception desk. We called the provided phone numbers, but received no answer. We had been promised communication, yet we ended up stranded on the street for 2.5 hours. Finally, at 10:30 PM, not knowing where we would spend the night, we decided to go to the police. A security guard at the building tried to help us, but the promises made to us were not kept. After we threatened to involve the police during a final phone call, the access codes for the entrances were sent to the security guard's phone. He only speaks Hungarian, so we had to communicate through a translator. Once we returned home, we discovered that the information had actually been sent via email at 4:10 PM—by which time I was already at the airport. I believe that such information should have been provided in a timely manner. As for the hotel itself: the room was spacious, but the TV didn't work, the bed linen appeared used and wrinkled, and there was dust everywhere. The trash bins were not emptied. The kitchen area was large but had a peculiar odor and had not been aired out. Consequently, I cannot give a positive review.

Overall, good value for money for short term.
We stayed here for 2 nights for the second time. Good location, personal . Self check-in and check-out.
The mattress on the bed is uncomfortable.

Staff were really friendly, had all facilities required. And communication was great, good location, clear instructions
Communal area was not kept clean by others causing a smell upon entry.
