Buona soluzione con alcuni aspetti da migliorare
Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, situato all’interno di un condominio in una strada molto tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo vicinissima al centro storico della città, raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Molto comoda anche la presenza di un supermercato a pochi metri. Disponibile un posto auto nel garage condominiale sotterraneo, particolarmente comodo per chi arriva in auto. Nel complesso, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Il secondo letto è troppo corto e poco comodo, tanto da rendere necessario dormire “in diagonale”. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di miglioria e gli asciugamani sono di qualità piuttosto modesta. Inoltre, la cucina è poco attrezzata e potrebbe essere dotata di qualche accessorio in più.

E' una sistemazione poco costosa, adatta ai giovani
ottima posizione, centrale. Monolocale spazioso e luminoso
letto piccolo, cucina poco attrezzata (per esempio bicchieri e piatti solo per due persone, se inviti un amico cosa fai?), doccia con ugello non funzionante perchè ostruito dal calcare. Asciugamani scadenti. Istruzioni solo in tedesco. Non siamo riusciti a far funzionare la TV.

Appartamento piccolo ma molto funzionale in una zona tranquilla e vicino ad un supermercato. È a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ottima la comunicazione con la proprietaria.

Butas švarus, tvarkingas, netoli miesto centras. Labai aiškus raktų pasiėmimas, šeimininkė rūpestinga, atsiuntė nuotraukas, kaip pasiimti buto raktus. Požeminė aikštelė automobiliui.
Trūksta kondicionieriaus, nes kaip lauke +38, ventiliatorius negelbsti.
