    صاحبة المكان متعاونة. يوجد مطعم إيراني جميل؛ مقابل للسكن و السوبرماركت على بعد خطوات.

    المكان على شارع حيوي و ازعاج الشاحنات لا يتوقف بالليل. انا سكنت في المكان في شهر أكتوبر و درجة الحرارة مناسبة بالشقة. لا يوجد تلفاز ذكي والمكان يحتاج تحديث. أدوات الطبخ تحتاج تبديل؛ عفى عليها الزمن. المكان نظيف بس ضروري جدا وضع معطر كون المكان عالي الرطوبة و بسبب طريقة البناء روائح الطبخ تستمر لفترات طويلة. الاغطية الموجودة داخل الدولاب قديمة و بها روائح غير طيبة
