A nappaliban taláható kanapéágy cserére szorul. A lakáshoz tartozó parkoló felett nincs àrnyèkoló, a tolókapu motorizálásának hiànya.

A legközelebbi part kb 800 méter séta lejtőn lefele, a kikötő 20 perc séta.
