  Mooi uitzicht vanaf het terras, maar zwaar overpriced. Helft van het geld zou nog te veel zijn.

  Locatie was prima. 5 minuten rijden boven het Comomeer. Vooral het meerzicht vanaf het terras voor het huis was top. De BBQ die er stond ook helemaal goed. De begeleiding van de host was goed, leuke tips tijdens het verblijf. Deze plusjes tegenover veel minnen van het appartement zelf. Met name prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is zeer slecht. Overpriced!!

  Het appartement is onvindbaar. Met adres en Google Maps niet te vinden. Met Booking.com app/locatie ook niet. En er was ook geen instructie hoe het appartement wel te vinden. Fysiek ook geen borden van naam van appartement en huisnummer klopte ook niet. Uur met zoeken geweest, erg slecht begin dus. En als je iets vroeger bent vraagt de host om even extra te betalen, evenals de toeristenbelasting. Die laatste snap ik, maar als je beide bedragen wilt pinnen dan kan dat niet, en moet je met haar naar het dorp rijden naar een geldautomaat hiervoor. Hoe ouderwets. Het appartement zelf komt gedateerd over. Je moet vanuit je auto/parking met al je bagage en boodschappen naar boven lopen over trappen buitenom. Parking lastig, steil, parking gedeeld met anderen, lastig met draaien etc, heel krap, spiegels inklappen omdat je anders vast komt te zitten tussen 2 betonnen palen. Het meeste in appartement is wel voorhanden maar is gewoon niet top. Gedateerde inrichting. Niet schoon. De bedden waren slecht. Het meest ontevreden waren we over de slaapkamer onderin: dit is bereikbaar over een wenteltrapje, zo smal nog nooit meegemaakt. Wij zijn slank, maar als je iets gezet bent zul je nooit de benedenverdieping bereiken dan kom je vast te zitten in de trap!

  Really good view and vibe!

  View is even better than in the picture. Loved it there! We had a family trip and it was a good cozy apartment for that with good outside area.

  Trash needs to be taken to local bins yourself. Its little hard to find those but host kindly helped us and in the apartment there was also written down information about it to book

  A lovely apartment close to shops and restaurants with the most amazing view of Lake Como

  The location was amazing for what we wanted which was to be close to Villa Biabanello and in a quieter part of Lake Como, so Lenno was perfect for that. Some lovely restaurants to choose from, a supermarket and a small 'beach' where you can swim in the lake safely. It is a fairly steep 15 minute walk from Lenno back to the apartment but being a little bit higher up means the view from the apartment is just breathtaking. The shared pool was very welcome after a day out exploring and it was also good to have a secure, cool parking space for our hire car.

  It doesn't have air conditioning apart from in the downstairs bedroom. There are a couple of fans but they weren't really up to the job when we stayed in July/August (with 35-38 degree temperatures). Also the tiles throughout the apartment are very slippery if they get water on them, and the layout of the apartment is on split levels so you come in to the kitchen, then a few steps down to the dining table, then a few more steps down to the sofa area. This gives a lovely open plan feel, however if these steps get wet, they would be very hazardous and could probably do with some kind of distinct marking on each of the step edges.

  Very good

  The apartment was well appointed and in a beautiful location away from any street noise and with a fantastic view on the lake.

  The person handing over the keys came later than we had arranged and at the first try did not have the right keys with him so that we had to wait another while until he came back with the correct keys. At the -rather early for our taste- agreed time of key handover for leaving, he did not turn up at all so that we had to call the owner who then instructed us to leave the keys in the kitchen. We would have liked some cushions/mattresses for the loungers and chairs on the terrace which also were not quite clean due to the birds in the area.

  Amazing, very great experience in Italy. Grazie mille

  Loved the view , it was amazing. Everything was very beautiful and comfortable. The house was clean. Julie the house manager was very helpful and provided us the best stay. Would highly recommend this villa💯💯

  Just a suggestion to have more toilet rolls in the house and dish washer tablets.
