The apartment was very clean and spacious. It features two separate bedrooms and a living room combined with a kitchen, all available for guests. There are also two separate balconies, which were very convenient. Air conditioning is available, and the apartment is equipped with everything you might need. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Budva. The Old Town is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. We’re not sure if parking is always available, but we were lucky and parked our car right next to the apartment. A big thank you to Nikola for being such a welcoming host! It was a pleasure to meet you and stay at your place. If we return to Budva, we would definitely love to stay in Nikola’s apartment again. 10 stars from Latvia!

Понравилось месторасположение. Рынок и супермаркет видно из окна идти 2 минуты. Пляж 5 минут пешком. Стиральная машина, отдельные спальни, кухня удобно. Всё просто, без шика но достаточно. Шампунь, порошок, моющее, посуда, всё есть в квартире. Есть кондиционер, внизу дома аптека. Рядом много магазинов. Старый город пешком не спеша 20 минут. Автобусная остановка пешком 8 минут. До Свети Стифан на пляж автобусом 20 минут. Пляжи разные по чистоте. Стоимость шезлонгов 20е три шт и зонт. Есть много минусов, но старались их не замечать, но о них напишу
Очень высокие цены на всё, пляжи грязные, мало мусорных баков. Поэтому приходилось искать пляж где чисто. Черногория сильно изменилась спустя 14 лет как мы тут были и нельзя сказать что в лучшую сторону. Кстати от Тивата в сторону Будвы идёт ремонт дороги и 17 км будете ехать на такси дольше 1 часа. Аэропорт тоже грязный. В общем не было раньше столько мусора как сейчас. на минуту я подумала что не туда приехала когда нас привезли. Возле домов и в подъезде наверное никто не убирает. По ценовой политике, чистоте думаю Египет 3 или 4 звезды всё включено превосходит в 100 раз.
