The worst holiday due to bad accomadation and no help from the owners. Booking.com have been useless
No lights outside property so its pitch black when you get back at night and you have to go up a flight of concrete stairs and then try and put your key in the lock of the door to open the door. When you put the electric fob in the door inside apartment the lights come on, but when you remove the electric fob the lights go off immediately. So even when you are in the property there is no light to lock the door. I asked the owner for another electric fob so that I could leave the outside light on, she said no and I can just use the light on my phone!!! What would happen if an elderly person didn't have a phone? The balcony has a brick building in front of it so no view at all!!!! in booking.com its described as an inner courtyard view....its a brick wall. The tv didn't work. The apartment wasn't cleaned on the 1st day as was advertised ie daily cleaning so bin in toilet wasn't emptied. No hottub as advertised in facilities. Building works next door noisy and not mentioned at time of booking. I phoned and emailed the owner to try and move apartments but was totally ignored. She never responded to me. I left after 2 nights but had paid for 7 nights! Ive been trying for over a week to get a refund but the owner refuses. Do not come to this apartment. Booking.com have been no help!! I had to pay another £250 for alternative accommodation and Booking.com gave me a credit note to spend with them for £34!!!! What a joke. The photo I've added was the view from the balcony. Too many problems to mention them all.

We really loved it
It is the best choice for couples. Beach, restaurants are really close, host is really nice and helpful, I would recommend it to everyone.
