Место в которое хочется возвращаться.
Всё очень чисто, сделано с любовью и продумано до мелочей. Мы чувствовали себя как желанные и дорогие гости. Если снова приедем в Ереван, то снова выберем это место. Спасибо большое за вашу работу и заботу.

Un apartament cochet, pentru familii si prieteni.
Proprietarul a fost foarte intelegator - ne-a asteptat pana la ora 2,00 am, deoarece avionul nostru a intarziat. Am fost primiti cu o ciocolata foarte buna si fructe. Apartamentul este mobilat modern, cu gust, are tot ce trebuie, am gasit toate ustensilele necesare, zahar, cafea, detergent pentru masina de spalat rufe (pe cea de spalat vase nu am folosit-o). Exista 2 balcoane cu o priveliste care face toti banii si o terasa spatioasa, spre spatele blocului, dar unde este suficient loc si sa iei micul dejun. Zona Cascade este fosrte ofertanta, la orice ora aproape erau oameni pe strada, animatie, vibrant, placut. Ne-a placut acest sejur, daca lumea nu ar fi asa mare si cu atatea locuri de vazut, cu siguranta as reveni.
Nu a fost cazul.

Appartamento pulitissimo, dai balconcini si gode una vista magnifica su CASCADE. Gli ambienti sono ampi e l'arredamento comodo ed elegante, non manca davvero nulla ! La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città e tutte le sue numerose attrazioni . Inoltre siamo rimasti colpiti dalla estrema gentilezza del Sig. Levon che ci ha fatto trovare anche delle ottime albicocche di stagione ed a cui auguriamo ogni bene e buon lavoro.

Der Host ist super freundlich und kümmert sich um die Gäste. Er hat zwuschendurch gefragt ob alles ok und ob wir irgendetwas brauchen - super zuvorkommend!
An sich kein großes Ding, aber das Schlafzimmer ist nicht mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet bzw. das Wohnzimmer hat die Klimaanlage. Das bedeutet, diese kann in heißen Sommertagen zu schwach sein den Schlafraum runterzukühlen.
