  Würden gerne wieder mal hier Ferien machen.

  Die Wohnung sehr sauber angetroffen und super ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vond er Terrasse auf den See und auf die Berge haben wir sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Es handelt sich um eine Luxuswohnung, wo die Besitzer sich selber darin eingerichtet haben. Das spürt man an der tollen Ambiente. Die Einrichtung bietet in allen Punkten mehr, als erwartet. Und dann die traumhafte Panorama Aussicht von der Terrasse aus auf das obere Seebecken und die Magadinoebene, da war jede Mahlzeit ein Genuss.

  From the very beginning, the hosts were completely unreasonable and lacked any understanding. We were charged an extra 150 francs for my 3-year-old son, something that has never happened to me before. The apartment listing initially stated that children were welcome, but the host changed it later. Furthermore, there were other children staying in the complex, so it clearly wasn't an issue with the building itself. Even if children weren't allowed, I have never been in a situation where I was forced to pay an extra fee or threatened to cancel the booking myself—which would have meant paying for the full stay anyway. The whole situation made us feel very uncomfortable, and in the end, we just paid to avoid any trouble.The person I was messaging took a very long time to reply, which made us feel highly insecure and worried. Everything was very uncertain, and we couldn't have peace of mind until we physically arrived at the place. We felt deeply uncomfortable both before and during our stay.Once there, we noticed a strong, awful smell of tobacco smoke coming from the neighbors. It was horrible trying to enjoy the terrace while constantly smelling cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, the balcony light did not work. This balcony was the main reason we chose this specific accommodation in the first place. It is true that the host offered to help fix the light, but given the poor relationship and the tension, we did not want to have any contact with her.Although the apartment itself was nice, it does not make up for all the headaches this caused us. Between the constant cigarette smoke, the terrible management of the situation, and the overall stress, we do not recommend this accommodation at all. It is definitely not suitable if you are traveling with children or if you are someone who prefers to have everything well-planned and under control.

  absolut sauberes und gut ausgestattes Appartement, ruhig und wunderschön gelegen. Es wäre toll, wenn ein Teil des Pools mit Sonnensegel abgeschirmt wäre
