    Great location and view but customer service needs improvement

    Beautiful location with great views of the mountains. It’s tucked away from the main road which is great.

    The basic amenities were not available such as olive oil, salt, pepper and body wash - these basics would’ve made the experience more elevated considering how much you’re already paying for the accomodation The staff were not helpful. When I reached out for help they asked me to reach out to the office and when I reached out to the office they asked for so many details to figure out who I was - really poor customer service.

    Very nice, comfy, light, in a very quiet location, but close to the centre of Grindelwald. The view from the balcony is incredible, absolutely worth every penny.

    Great accommodation

    Great little flat with a relatively large balcony offering a stunning view of the Eiger. Very clean and has everything you need.
