  Spacious

  Sink leak. Only 2 fans for a 3 bedroom property- No air conditioning- host unresponsive -Do not book this property! There are no lifts and the apartment is on the third floor very difficult to get luggage up and down.No curtains. When we arrived at the property the bathroom sink was leaking. I informed the host and she refused to help. I informed booking.com who also tried to contact her but no response. Once back from holiday booking .com contacted the property again for clarification about the leak and they denied although all the evidence is in our conversation and I had photos evidence. Booking.com has confirmed that she is lying and they have offered me some compensation.

  הניקיון טעון שיפור, בתנור לא השתמשנו בכלל כי היה מטונף ובאופן כללי יכל להיות נקי יותר

  Exceptionnel !!!

  Satisfait du début à la fin !!! Suite à la réservation, nous avons reçu un message de la part des hôtes, ce qui nous a immédiatement donné une très belle impression. Communication rapide, chaleureuse et professionnelle. Un excellent départ pour le séjour. Spiez est un endroit absolument parfait pour visiter la région. C'est très tranquille le soir, avec plusieurs petits commerces et restaurants locaux. C'est vraiment idéal pour s'éloigner des foules et du chaos d'Interlaken tout en restant à proximité des principales attractions. L'appartement est très spacieux, propre et équipé de tout le nécessaire. Les hôtes avaient même mis à notre disposition deux ventilateurs en raison de la chaleur, ce qui a été très apprécié. Nous n'avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. Le logement se trouve à environ 5 minutes à pied de la gare, ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour les déplacements. Le voisinage est très calme, résidentiel et familiale. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Apartment Cindy et recommandons fortement cet hébergement.
