    The perfect location, the balcony, and the lovely host Blanša

    This was our second stay at Citadela, which probably says more than anything else. The apartment is in a wonderful old palace, right in the heart of Split and just steps from the main square. We especially love the little flower-filled balcony, our own Romeo and Juliet balcony above the old town. The apartment is beautifully renovated, comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen really has everything, including all the small things that are so often missing in holiday apartments: spices, different cooking oils, paper towels, and much more. The bathroom is modern and very nicely done. Blanša even leaves some local liquor for her guests. And Blanša is simply a lovely host: warm, welcoming, and generous. Everything is thoughtfully prepared, and the apartment feels cared for rather than merely rented out. For us, Citadela has everything we want in Split: an old building full of character, that wonderful little balcony, a perfect central location, and a very comfortable apartment. We loved coming back and hope to return again.

    Appartement exceptionnel

    Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre ville. L'appartement est propre et spacieux pour deux personnes.
