    Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir durften unser Auto im Carport parken, was nicht selbstverständlich ist.

    Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Tatsache, dass die Klimaanlage laut Beschreibung mit dabei ist, es wird aber leider eine Tagespauschale von 5,-€ für die Nutzung abgerechnet. Die Tagespauschale in Höhe von 5,-€ ist grundsätzlich absolut in Ordnung, sollte aus meiner Sicht aber vorab mitgeteilt werden. Dies als kleiner Tip.

    Parking under the roof, no one bothered us at all. Everything was really good. Rovinj is really nice town and just a little further south is beautiful Pula

    You have to pay extra for air conditioning, this information was not displayed in the booking application for iOS, although it is supposedly visible.

    Quiet place to rest

    Location is great, far from the crowd but just 5/10mn by car from downtown. Well equipped and super clean

    - Owner tried to charge me the A/C fees meanwhile I already paid it on booking.com (cf. Invoice) - A/C remote unfortunately felt down, the corner of the shell was broken but still working (very old yellow weak plastic), tried to charge me 80€ when you can find a remote at 8€ online…
