  Would come back!

  Beautiful, brand-new property in a great location. It was easy to reach and parking was very convenient. The beach and a shop are both within walking distance, and the sea view from the apartment is beautiful. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped — we had everything we needed. It was also spotlessly clean and very well maintained. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Communication with the host was friendly, smooth and easy throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!

  Nothing we didn’t like… except that we had to leave. 😄

  The apartment is exactly like in the photos—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary. In addition to the amenities listed by the host, we even had a vacuum cleaner, a mop and bucket, and an iron with an ironing board. There was no microwave, but we asked for a toaster, and the host brought us one. The host was kind; they waited for us in the evening to hand over the key and show us the apartment. The bed is large and comfortable, the bed linen and towels are clean, and the walk-in closet is spacious, with plenty of hangers. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and equipped with all amenities. The A/C is powerful, has two units, and cools the apartment efficiently. The balcony is large and has a table, chairs, and sunbeds. There is also a rack for drying towels. There are no mosquito nets. We had mixed feelings about the view from the balcony. On one side we had views towards sunsets, on the other side the view was of a construction site. The building is situated on a hill, a 10-minute walk down (or a more challenging 20-minute walk up) from Bilosevac Beach and the Makarska promenade, which features numerous taverns and restaurants. The historic center and marina can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Maxi Konzum supermarket is also nearby, just a 4-minute drive away. A particular feature of this location is that trash must be disposed of in the containers next to Konzum, a significant walking distance away. The apartment is located in a modern building and has an elevator. We had free private parking on the side of the building.

  Unfortunately, despite having a good stay, on the 4th night, the A/C system broke down. We immediately informed the host. She was very kind to offer us a portable fan until de A/C issue was resolved, but we refused it, because our primary interest was for the A/C to work (there were 38 degrees C during the day and 28 degrees C at night). The issue was not sorted out after almost 48 hours, as it seems that the problem affected the entire building system. We decided to leave the property the next day, the host was understanding and we received the refund for the unused days.

  Чудове помешкання! Квартира дуже чиста, затишна та добре обладнана всім необхідним для комфортного відпочинку. Розташування зручне, поруч є магазини, кафе та пляж. Власниця привітна, завжди була на зв’язку та допомагала з будь-якими питаннями. Заселення пройшло швидко і без проблем. Ми залишилися дуже задоволені своїм перебуванням і з радістю рекомендуємо це помешкання іншим гостям.
