Właściciel był bardzo pomocy i dostępny o każdej porze.
Obiekt dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty i przede wszystkim posiadający klimatyzację. To bardzo duża zaleta, szczególnie latem.

Cómodo y céntrico
Aunque por fuera el edificio y la entrada a él estaba bastante mal, el barrio tampoco era el mejor, pero estaba por dentro muy bien.
No tenía ventanas y el agua de la ducha no se regulaba bien. Pero quizás por eso no hay nada de ruido cuando el barrio es muy ruidoso.
