    Gefallen hat mir der nette Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld und während meines Aufenthaltes. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es gibt Rolläden an allen Fenstern, um es richtig dunkel zu machen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und trotz vieler Baustellen haben wir immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Stabiles WLAN.

    Leider hat es in der Wohnung verraucht gerochen. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe ist mir das noch nicht aufgefallen, (wahrscheinlich wurde vorher ordentlich gelüftet,) aber als wir (nach einem kleinen Ausflug in die Stadt) dann schlafen wollten. Wir waren nur zu zweit und sind ins Schlafzimmer umgezogen, wo es nicht so schlimm war wie im Wohnzimmer. Eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung ist (oder war) das jedenfalls nicht. Es gibt zwei riesige Fernseher, die ich aber leider nicht bedienen konnte. Im Schlafzimmer hab ich kein Programm gefunden, im Wohnzimmer lief Netflix, nur auf Polnisch. Nun waren wir ja nicht zum Fernsehen in Chemnitz und ich wollte mich nicht stundenlang damit beschäftigen.

    Gute Lage aber Preis-Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt.

    Gute Lage

    Wohnung hat nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Brandlöcher in den schmutzigen Vorhängen. Geschirr nicht sauber.
