  The apartment was nicely furnished and clean. Communication with the host was good and check in and check out arrangements were simple and easy. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zagreb, that is close to the Jarun lake on foot and the city centre by tram.

  Horribly uncomfortable apartment with no bedroom ac's and clogged toilet with flush not working and owner unwilling

  Their representative Kristina who came to open the door was helpful and connected wifi for us. Beyond that, we felt misled, had to pay for another hotel, and created a horrible experience for us in Croatia.

  Stay here at your own risk - it was a nightmare for us. The owner was never available to speak to us over the phone. The apartment has no air conditioning in the bedrooms. Self proclaimed four star rating with air conditioning is a cruel joke and highly misleading - the building is very old and like an outdated hostel in a poor location, as is the apartment. We stayed for less than half a day because we could not stand living here - the toilet flush did not work properly, the toilet got clogged, and hence the apartment was stinking. The owner said that because it was the weekend and he was out of town there was nothing he could do and no one he could send. And then started questioning us and blaming us that they've never had this issue before. It was extremely hot in the bedrooms with no air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Only a single small air conditioner in the living area was inadequate. We have still not received a refund for the trouble we had to go through and paying for another place after being forced to leave this place part way. We left as soon as our daughter arrived and moved to a hotel in Zagreb that did have air conditioning in the bedrooms and was far more comfortable. This property is a scam - I hope no one has to suffer being in such a poor quality, outdated place and tourists do not make the mistake of being misled by seeing high ratings with questionable and unsubstantiated real content. Shame on booking.com for allowing such a place to be listed on their site and preying on consumers who are unaware of local scams. A truthful owner would not mislead - instead would clearly indicate in their description that air conditioning is only available in the living room and that neither of the bedrooms have an AC. A truthful owner would not question what we did to the toilet and instead fix their flush or their toilet so that guests are not put in an uncomfortable situation. Having stayed at approximately over 200+ locations with booking.

  L'appartement était propre à proximité du team et des vélos de location.

  Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et le propriétaire ne s'en est pas soucié malgré notre demande. La chasse d'eau n'envoie pas assez d'eau pour évacuer. Manque de vaiselle. Les piles de la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnent pas
