Apartment is well-equipped and located in a pleasant and silent district. We had a very comfortable stay, many thanks to the host!
The apartment entrance door is pretty hard to open, the recommendation is to try pulling it towards you. Some of the sockets are thrown out of the walls, it might be very unsafe for travellers with children. The host doesn't always respond quickly in written, so for immediate questions better call him by phone. There is some minor constant smell around the kitchen.
