    Parquet a terra, stanza luminosa, allestito, pulito, ottima posizione

    L'appartamento era corrispondente alla descrizione, pulito e generalmente ben allestito, tuttavia tralasciando il fatto che la camera da letto poteva risultare stretta, dato il poco spazio ai lati de letto, il disagio maggiore è stato dovuto alla presenza di riscaldamento solo con un condizionatore posizionato all'ingresso. L'impianto di riscaldamento con i termosifoni era presente, ma spento e quando abbiamo chiesto se fosse stato possibile accenderlo, ci è stato risposto che al momento il riscaldamento era solo con il condizionatore. Le temperature esterne erano piuttosto rigide, sotto lo zero, con neve il giorno della partenza, la camera da letto era piuttosto fredda in quanto l'aria condizionata dall'ingresso non riesce a riscaldare in modo uniforme l'intera casa. Dalla descrizione risultava presente un condizionatore ma non era chiaro che anche d'inverno fosse l'unico sistema di regolazione della temperatura.

    Komotan, prostran, topao, poseduje sve sto je potrebno. Lokacija sjajna, komunikacija s vlasnikom takođe.

    Peskiri bi mogli da se promene, imali su neprijatan miris.
