  We had a great time in Žaborić and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

  We had a wonderful stay at Villa Gatti Grassi. Maja is an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who made us feel at home from the very beginning. The apartment is modern, very well equipped, and has everything a family could need for a comfortable week-long stay. Everything was practical, comfortable, and well thought out. The parking is also very convenient. A special thank you to Maja for all her helpful tips and recommendations – they really made our stay even more enjoyable.

  Vyborné ubytování

  Líbilo se nám celkově že majitelé se o své ubytování starají. At už to je moderní vybavení, spotřebiče, čistota. Jednoduchý a čisty styl dekoraci. Klidné místo. Vstřícní majitelé. Při příjezdu pozornost pro nás a děti. Mohu jen doporučit 10/10.

  Ubytování jsme si opravdu užili, moc děkujeme!!!

  Kompletně vybavený apartmán, prakticky neexistuje nic, co by Vám při pobytu mohlo chybět, ihned po příjezdu jsme byli velmi mile přivítání majiteli, kteří jsou rozhodně výjimeční. Po příjezdu na nás čekalo překvapení v podobě nealka, melounu a dalšího ovoce, různých drinků a dokonce bylo v lednici i vychlazené Karkovačko :-). Káva a čaj samozřejmostí, prostě 110% vybavení. Ubytování je ve velmi klidné části, kde nejste ničím rušeni a přitom je to malinký kousek k pláži. K Jadranu jezdíme pravidelně již desítky let, jsme zvyklí cestovat po celé Evropě a bydlet v podobných zařízeních, tohle je ale naprosto jiná a mnohem vyšší liga. K dispozici máte celé okolí domu včetně terasy, po celý den vždy najdete svůj kousek stínu na odpočinek. Venkovní vybavení je opravdu velmi pohodlné, můžete jen tak posedět, nebo se můžete pustit do grilování (k dispozici je venkovní gril). Vnitřní vybavení je velmi vkusné, majitelé se nesnaží o honosný vzhled, snaží se o pohodu, které na vás dýchne z každého koutu :-), čistota a pořádek po příjezdu byly TOP. Apartmán je v přízemním patře, takže je v něm stále příjemně, pokud už máte pocit horka, zapnete klimatizaci, ta je mimochodem příjemně tichá. V okolí máte k dispozici spoustu pláží, doporučuji je vyzkoušet všechny, vždy najdete solidní přístup do vody a v blízkosti lze zakoupit nějaké to pití a zmrzlinu. Určitě se tady brzy vrátíme, tahle dovolená bude vždy patřit mezi ty výjimečné, za to bych rád poděkoval Josipovi a Maji.

  Nelíbí se mi hodnocení Migacz1125, doporučuji všem toto hodnocení ignorovat, pokud to jde, prosím jako dlouholetý uživatel platformy Booking o smazání tohoto neobjektivního hodnocení, neumím si představit průběh událostí, který popisují a hysterický odjezd před koncem rezervace ve mě evokuje typ lidí, se kterými nechcete sdílet ani ulici. Jejich hodnocení primárně slouží k poškození pronajímatelů.

  Verbal aggression and vulgar behavior of the hosts towards children forced us to cut our stay short.

  I strongly discourage families with children from staying at this property. My lowest rating is due to the verbal aggression and vulgar behavior of the hosts, which made it completely impossible for us to finish our vacation. We booked an 8-day stay and were initially welcomed warmly. The charm faded when my son opened the entrance gate too hard. The host reacted with sudden verbal aggression and shouting, accusing us of destroying property (there had been no prior warnings or remarks). After this incident, the owner avoided us. We spoke with his wife, explaining the situation and stating that we felt unfairly attacked. From then on, we limited contact to a minimum and tried to spend as little time as possible in the apartment. On Friday (July 3, 2026) around 6:30 PM, as we were getting ready for the beach, our children started arguing and it got noisy. At that moment, the female owner ran up to the window and started screaming at us, using highly offensive and vulgar language in English. She threatened us with the police at 6:30 PM for normal daytime children's noise and baselessly accused us of destroying property. After this incident, our children were crying, and my wife and I felt unsafe. Due to the hostile atmosphere, we decided to cut our stay short immediately and left the next morning (July 4, 2026). Before leaving, we made a full video documentation proving that we left the apartment in the exact same condition as we found it. We reported the matter to the booking platform, which, after reviewing the evidence, fully agreed with us and refunded the costs for the unused time. The hosts completely ignored our messages and the official letter from the platform. We are a family with two children (8 and 10 years old). We understand that children make noise, but the vulgar and aggressive reaction of adults running a tourism business is completely unacceptable. This property is extremely hostile towards families.

  Wspaniały i czysty apartament oraz cudowni właściciele.

  Wspaniała obsługa, właściciele niebywale życzliwi i pomocni. Apartament w pełni wyposażony, od piekarnika po zmywarkę czy suszarkę do włosów. Naprawdę niczego nie brakuje w żadnej kwestii. Ponadto bardzo czysto i schludnie. Z wielu rzeczy można korzystać, które są na wyposażeniu domu. Polecam serdecznie. Wrócimy na pewno ;))

  Wszystko było wspaniale.
