Excellent apartment in an excellent location with excellent host.
Very simple check in at Hotel Genziana reception desk. Staff were exceptionally helpful. King bed was very comfortable. Apartment is in a fantastic location - very easy to access ski lifts, restaurants and buses. Apartment has underfloor heating.
An iron and ironing board would have been helpful. The outage of hot water to the apartment for a few hours one morning - related to a fault in the building - was inconvenient but not the hosts's fault.

Excellent stay
Excellent beyond words! Right from location, staff, cleanliness, view, the apartment and everything in between - it was the most perfect place in Ortisei!

Good service, we had late check in and they very responsive and helpfull
Parking wan 14€ per day, breakfast not include, we pay adition 25'€ per person for breakfast

If I plan another visit I will certainly look for this hotel first
Exultant location, awesome views, to the city and the mountains , staff ware very nice.
Pillows are not really comfortable
