Perfect location and clean
The bed was comfortable, the location was perfect with a very short walk to the centre and plenty around if you want to go for a coffee or a drink. Igor was helpful and made it nice and easy to gain access and answer any questions. The apartment does exactly what it is required for - a place to sleep, wash and as a base for heading out to do things. Overall the location was the most positive thing and also it was a really clean apartment.
The shower tray wouldn't drain properly/quickly but I think this may be ann easy fix - we made the landlord aware. Pillows need changing to larger/fluffier or more added as there was only one each for the two of us. . We only ate our breakfast in the apartment, choosing to eat out for other meals but I think that a toaster would be a good addition (I am really nitpicking so none of this dampened our stay)

Хорошее расположение, близко и от вокзала и от центра. На кухне есть все, что надо
Вход через двор, усыпанный отсевом - чемодан не едет. Потом дверь, которую на ночь закрывают и крутая неровная лестница. Сам номер неплохой, но кровать неудобная - маленькие плоские подушки и скользкая простыня. Душ неудобный и вода льется из кабины. Выселили в 10.30, чемоданы оставить негде.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the accomodations (apart from the traffic)
Beautiful decor. Great location.
The continuous traffic noise. This accommodation would be a 10/10 if it had double glaze windows to cut out the traffic noise. Very well equipped kitchen but needs a frypan.

A great option!
The apartment was very clean. Good location. The kitchen was really well-stocked with all you need to eat and cook in the apartment. SmartTV. Good shower and plenty of storage in the apartment.
The Wifi was very weak for me - I couldn't upload photos to a blog site or take an online class. And could use an additional pillow per person for extra comfort.
