Great stay in central Sofia
Communication from the host was very clear. The apartment is only a ten minute walk from Serdika, the metro station and attractions. It’s a very green area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was clean and peaceful, despite being on the ground level. The facilities were great with a coffee machine and the water pressure was good.

Unique concept in an unbeatable location with excellent host responsiveness
The location couldn't be better – right near the metro station with a direct line straight from the airport, and all main attractions are within easy walking distance. The neighborhood is great, offering plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner just around the corner. The apartment itself has a unique layout as a converted street-front store with a large window and direct entrance, yet inside it is fully equipped and cleverly arranged with distinct dining, kitchen, sleeping, and bathroom areas for a comfortable stay. Communication was smooth throughout, and when we had a minor technical issue with closing a window, the staff resolved it almost immediately.
Like many other reviews online point out, having an espresso machine with coffee is a fantastic amenity, but in our case, the coffee was missing upon check-in. It was only brought to us after we contacted the owner to let them know, so ensuring it is stocked beforehand would make the welcome experience seamless.
