We really liked the apartment and the area in which we were staying, although it was further out of the centre than we had anticipated but that is solely down to us and no reflection on the apartment, host, or the area. We walked several times into the Old Town for sightseeing, shopping, and trips. In addition we walked down to the beach area Znjan a couple of times and around the coast to the old town on another occasion. We did more cooking than we have done normally whilst we were away - there is plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, etc. This was because we didn't want to walk too far in the evening for food - there are not a lot of eateries in the area. Again that's down to us. If we had been on a trip or were in the area of the Old Town we had a meal there although we also ate several times at the eateries on the main road Jasna waited outside of the apartment for us and showed us how to get into the apartment block, which floor we were on, and how to unlock the door. She also showed us around the apartment and showed us where everything was and how the blinds and the outside canopy worked. She also offered to give us any help that we might require during our stay. There is a bus stop outside of the apartment block. We didn't use the bus at all but it is handy for the Old Town if you do not feel that you can walk. I understand that downloading the bus app is better price-wise than a direct purchase from the driver. We were also advised against taxi use. The only time we took a car was when we were transferring from and to the airport. This is a very nice apartment to come back to at the end of a long day sightseeing or to spend time in if you are taking a day off from exploring.

We had a great stay! The property had everything we needed, and the location was really convenient — just around a 10-minute taxi ride to the centre. Jasna was also so kind and lovely and welcomed us really nicely, which made the stay even better. Would definitely recommend!
